Loans to Financial Advisors were added as a line of business in 2015 after extensive research into the sector, specifically the similarities to restaurants in terms of cash-flow underwriting. To date over $50 million has been deployed in this sector for full or partial book acquisitions, refinance of SBA loans or seller notes. Clients represent a variety of the largest broker-dealer firms in the US.
