Bill Wildman has worked in the finance industry for over 29 years with 19 years in the franchise industry. Bill has a broad range of key management and franchise finance experience with specific strengths in strategic planning, organizational development and marketing. Before founding Pinnacle, Bill was a Vice President with Provident Bank, a $20 Billion regional commercial bank where he established a national franchise-lending program. Before Provident Bank, Bill was a vice president of Atherton Capital Incorporated, a capital markets-based lender specializing in franchise finance. Bill created and managed the Specialty Retail Division of Atherton in which he specialized in originating and funding franchise loans to specialty retail concepts nationwide. Prior to joining Atherton, Bill was a Vice President with Meridian Financial Corporation, an equipment leasing company in Indianapolis providing capital to early startup franchise companies in the restaurant industry. Bill studied at University of Evansville with emphasis in business. He is also a graduate of the Indiana Banking School at Purdue University.

John is well positioned to assume the responsibilities of managing the documentation, compliance and servicing for Pinnacle’s portfolio of assets. John is highly skilled in all aspects of operations including credit, collections, legal documentation, and project management for the leasing and financial service industries. John is the President of JDR Solutions, an Indianapolis based company that he co-founded in 2001, which provides outsourcing solutions to the equipment leasing industry. Prior to founding JDR Solutions, John held senior management positions in operations and compliance at Newcourt Financial and Meridian Financial. He holds a B.A. degree from Indiana University

Traci has over 17 years of commercial lending experience. She spent two years underwriting equipment leases before joining The Money Store Investment Corporation (“TMSIC”) in 1990. TMSIC was the largest national SBA Lender at the time. During her tenure at TMSIC, Traci underwrote SBA loans under the 7A and 504 loan programs and progressed from a Senior Underwriter position to Branch Manager of the Bay Area Regional Branch. In 1997, she entered the franchise finance industry as a Senior Underwriter with Green Tree Franchise Finance, a start-up franchise division. Textron Financial Corporation (“TFC”) purchased the division in 1999. At TFC, Traci was promoted to Credit Manager and Vice President in 2000, and held that position until TFC exited the franchise industry. Traci left TFC in 2004 after assisting with the liquidation of a large portion of the franchise portfolio. Most recently Traci was employed at Imperial Capital Bank’s Franchise Finance Division as a Senior Underwriter. Traci has a B.S in Finance from the University of Utah and a M.B.A. from Arizona State University.

Jim was an attorney specializing in commercial transactions and litigation for more than 20 years before changing careers to help establish Pinnacle Commercial Capital with Bill Wildman. Jim has since been engaged in all aspects of franchise finance, including marketing and business development, loan origination, credit issues, financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence, industry and market analysis, and legal documentation. Jim has been directly involved in negotiation of credit structures and capital and debt financing to established multi-unit franchise owners, primarily in the restaurant sector, to facilitate acquisitions, new development, as well as remodeling and upgrades, involving both fee-owned properties and leaseholds. Jim was formerly the founder and President of Monument Financial Capital, LLC in which he provided from $1 million to over $25 million in each transaction while working with several national financial institutions. Jim has also been the owner and area developer with a regional franchise concept.

John has an extensive background in virtually every aspect of the lending process. His experience includes, among other things, debt structuring or restructuring and placement to lenders, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity and sub-debt analysis and placement, capital and growth management, debt portfolio assessment and valuations. Notably, John was the seventh employee and helped build the organization Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company (FMAC), while sourcing and closing a large volume of deals for national franchisees. In addition to Pinnacle, John held positions in loan origination with CBA Commercial, a national commercial real estate conduit in Stamford, Connecticut, Laureate Capital, a subsidiary of BB&T Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina, and helped Lehman Brothers establish a franchise restaurant lending platform in New York. He holds a B.S. degree from Southern Oregon State University.

Phil Beatty is responsible for all aspects of the Pinnacle's financial operations including accounting, reporting, and servicing. Phil has an abundance of experience in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, and equipment leasing in startup situations and in mature businesses, guiding financial and administrative operations to support maximum profitability. Along with his 20 years of experience in the industry, Phil also brings experience in working with system design and implementation, staff development, and integration of internal procedures. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati.

This experience covers almost every aspect of franchising as he has held positions as a lender with Franchise Finance Corporation of America and US Restaurant Properties, franchise development with The Krystal Company, a multi-unit franchisee of Papa John's International and as an Area Developer for the Philly Connection.

Curtis has been in the franchise financing industry for over twenty years. In 1983, Curtis was instrumental in originating and funding the first franchise restaurant transaction that evolved into a franchise lending program at Westinghouse Credit Corporation. From 1985 to 1994 Curtis worked with AT&T Capital (and its predecessors) where he was one of the top two producers every year. For the next seven years he was with Amresco Commercial Finance where he lead the company in booked business several years.

Oona brings to Pinnacle over nine years of experience in financial analysis and underwriting. Her underwriting experience includes Amresco Commercial Finance where she analyzed and underwrote multi-industry loan requests. Oona was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst where she served as sole financial analyst for special servicing department responsible for a $1.5 billion portfolio. Oona received her B.A. in Finance and her M.B.A. from Boise State University.

Roula brings to Pinnacle 15 years of diversified credit and franchise underwriting experience. Roula has been underwriting both debt and equity investments primarily to the restaurant industry since the late 1990’s. Most recently, she was a working with a New York City based specialized private equity fund reviewing deal requests for franchisees and franchisors. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Roula began her finance career in commercial lending with a top New York bank. Other experience includes having served as analyst and underwriter with Fleet Bank’s small business lending group and as a senior financial analyst and team leader with AIG Risk Management. She holds an M.B.A. from St. John’s University, located in Jamaica, New York.

Lori brings to Pinnacle 12 years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting, with an emphasis on commercial lending and including equipment leasing, SBA lending, franchise lending, asset-based and cash flow lending and conventional franchise lending. Before joining Pinnacle, Lori was a commercial underwriter with Old National Bank, located in Indianapolis. Lori has worked closely with Pinnacle’s founder in structuring many franchise credit facilities at both Pinnacle and at Provident Bank. She holds a B.S. degree from Illinois State University.
